How was management before Solop?
Before starting with the digitalization process of their management together with Solop, they used a simpler system that did not allow the exact configuration of each of their operational processes, which led them to manage their operations separately from their financial administration. They had an invoicing and accounting system from Eximia.
In the operational area, purchase orders were managed manually, using a Word printout, as well as manual numbering and control.
Given the size of the company, monthly closings were performed using on the one hand the accounting closing and on the other hand many excel spreadsheets that were shared among team members from different departments, which led to a difficult control of modifications and in some cases loss of information.
